Compassion with Open Heart

Every leader should have compassion.

The more compassionate you are, the better leader you are.

Sri Raj Bhowmik says - "It is a thankful thought that

                                             Roses are not human beings.

                                            Otherwise they would have refused to bloom,

                                             If not offered a price tag."

When you give, you get back.

The same way when you give love and time, you will get love and time. Sooner or later.

I have gone to many places to offer my help.

I have learnt from these experiences, that, if you want give, then do it with an 'OPEN - HEART'

What I have learnt, compassion is -

• Giving love
• Spreading knowledge
• Spreading awareness

Compassion is not necessarily giving gadgets and materials.

If we want to give.... we need to dissolve all territories and live as one single big family,

What I think is.... - 'We all are humans, we all work the same way, we all breathe the same air, then why do we create divide?'

I got the answer to this question when I thought about it deeply.

The answer is - 

' We all think our selves to be great, the best, and the boss.'

If we take out these thoughts from our mind, then we all will make this world a better place!
